KLÝSOM Air Handling Units are composed of ventilator, aspirator, damper, filter, heater, cooler, moistener units for necessary functions provided in a fully disassemblable cubicle, framed by joining sections from bent galvanized sheet steel of appropriate thickness with special-alloy aluminum angle pieces and plated with single- or double-ply galvanized steel or stainless Cr-Ni steel sheet panels to perform one or more of the ventilation, heating, cooling, moistening functions optionally for comfort environments such as hospitals, hotels, theaters, offices, cafeterias, etc and industrial facilities such as textile, food, chemical, etc. Each and every function unit is provided as an independent unit with its own cubicle and the plant is rendered an integral unit with its screw and nut fastenings suitably for the combination required by its design. The plant can be easily disassembled and reassembled whenever necessary. During the fastening of cubicles, sealing is provided with a flexible rubber placed on contact surfaces.

For the heat or sound insulation of the plant cubicles, glass wool with a density of 50 kg/m3 or polyurethane with a thickness of 30-50 mm is used. In addition, fans are prevented from vibrating by means of a flexible outlet connection and rubber blocks placed under.

PLANT CUBICLES

1. MIX AND FILTER

Includes the inner and outer air dampers and filter elements. Damper blades are made of galvanized sheet steel and arranged so as to open mutually to control the mix ratio. Optionally, the damper control can be performed manually or automatically. Dry type air filters with cleanable elements are placed vertically for high air speeds (2-3 m/sec) and in V order for low air speeds (1-1,5 m/sec).

2. PRE-HEATER

A highly-efficient heating coil manufactured by placing flanged aluminum blades at appropriate pitches on a copper pipe and inflating the pipe, which is installed on a skid in the cubicle. Optionally, the pre-heater may have dented or flanged coil inlet/outlet connections, depending on the type of heating fluid used.

3. MOISTENER

The moistening operation, which is an important function of the air conditioning plant to achieve the comfort conditions, is performed by jetting water or steam into air. The waterjet moistener (air washer) includes an air-guiding deflector, a pool, a water circulation and jetting system (a pump, horizontal/vertical pipes, jetting nozzles), a separator for separating drifting water drops from air and a watertight inspection lid. Steam moisturizing is performed by a full automatic electric steam moistener which inherently generates steam. The steam sprinkling nozzle of the moistener is suitably placed in the Air Handling Units moistener cubicle or the air supply duct.

4. COOLER

The cooler coil have the same features as the heater. The cooling fluid used is cold water or freon gas. In direct-expansion systems, capillary distribution pipes are used to ensure an appropriate distribution of freon through the coil. The cooler cubicle also includes a condensate pan placed under the coil to allow for the discharge of the condensed water.

5. AFTER-HEATER

As a standard, the after-heater is manufactured with the cooler cubicle. It has the same coil features.

6. VENTILATOR

Double vacuuming radial fan has a very quiet working property due to its certain static and dynamic balance with high performance. This property is supported by conveyor plastic chocks connecting the fan with the cell and by the flexible connection of fan exit vent to the truck.

7. ASPIRATOR

Includes the inner

8. EXHAUST:

Its manually or automatically controlled vanes operate oppositely (one opens while the other closes). It includes return and exhaust air dampers
